When designing residential space, EWA utilizes feelings of warmth and passion to bring out the natural ambiance of each room, which slowly emerges as the details of each room unfold themselves. We have the ambiance to create a relaxing, comfortable and easy living space.

住宅空間設計　Residential Spacial Design

「只有最簡單的東西，才具有最大的孕育性和想像空間。」住宅空間講求居住本質，「人」才是空間中的主角。摒除繁複綴飾， 以光影妝點俐落的線條，映襯優雅沈穩色調，凸顯純粹的現代風格及生活品味；運用幾何語彙及空間層次，形塑內斂簡約的質感美學。

“Grandeur and Imagination can only be manifested through simplicity”
The nature of living is emphasized in residential space. Humans are the protagonist of space. In addition to the complex decor, being made up of contrasting light and shadow, overtones of Grey and pure modern genera, geometric planes and shapes also appear mixing simple textures and aesthetics.

商業空間設計　Commercial Space Design

在生活中尋找靈感，尊重公司部門的分工與整合，視覺上的每一個角落都毫不馬虎，將客戶心中建構的事業堡壘轉為真實，讓客戶能在事業的航道上再度啟航，航向更遙遠的彼端。

辦公空間設計　Office Space Design

「辦公空間為一處心靈的主場館，用來孕育新的創意與可能性的」。以乾淨俐落的設計線條適切地穿梭在空間中，產生寧靜的秩序美感與藝術的美學想像，使辦公場域的專業理性及細膩巧思無形發散。

The office space is a spiritual venue for nurturing new ideas and possibilities.
Clean and sleek lines run throughout the complex creating a space conducive to quiet contemplation. Artwork lines the walls enhancing the aesthetic overture, leaving an intangible expression of professionalism and ingenuity.

DESIGN PROCESS

設計流程簡介

Design Phase / 設計階段

  • 一、設計諮詢、現場丈量
    • 設計師與業主溝通需求想法、風格定位。
    • 現場現況、丈量、拍照。
    First, design consultation, on-site assessment.
    • Designers and owners communicate ideas and position on styles.
    • On-site conditions, measurements and photographs are taken.
  • 二、平面配置圖與溝通
    • 解說設計理念，情境風格討論、進行充份溝通。
    • 了解客戶的預算考量，量身打造合適的規劃。
    Second, the plan configuration diagram is discussed.
    • In depth discussion is held regarding design concept and style.
    • The customer’s budget is taken into consideration to ensure all plans are tailored based on the customers financial ability.
  • 三、設計合約
    • 雙方簽定設計合約，費用按坪數計算。
    Third, the design contract.
    • Both parties sign the design contract, and all costs are determined based on ‘Chinese Ping’. (verses sq. ft or sq. meter)
  • 四、圖面繪製及討論
    • 繪製施工圖及3D圖，並進行施工細節討論
    • 完整的設計施工圖，讓業主在施工前能充份了解所有的施作內容
    • 設計圖繪製完成，請領設計約尾款
    • 提出細部工程報價單
    Fourth, discussion on the drawing.
    • Produce construction and 3D drawing for discussion.
    • The completed design and construction drawing allows the owner to more fully understand all the construction details.
    • The construction drawing can be requested after completion. The final payment for design is then paid.
    • A detailed project quotation is proposed.

Building Phase / 工程階段

  • 一、簽訂工程合約
    • 簽訂工程合約 – 確認工程報價單，合約解說、收款方式
    First, sign the engineering contract.
    • Sign the engineering contract, confirm the quotation, contract is explained, collection method.
  • 二、進場施作
    • 工程施作 – 以最專業和嚴謹的態度進場施工
    Second, commence work
    • Engineering work – The construction project is approached with the utmost professional and rigorous attitude.
  • 三、工程驗收
    • 完工驗收 – 依工程進度表完工提請驗收
    • 工程結案 – 請領工程尾款
    Third, project acceptance assessment
    • Project completion – The approval is based on completing the project on schedule.
    • Project closure – final payment is made.
  • 四、工程保固
    • 合約內工程提供 – 施工品質保固，及永久的售後服務。
    Fourth, project warranty
    • The contracted job is under warranty to warrant quality and permanent after-sales service.
